My layman's impression of this film was that it could have been better if it were condensed into a 30 min short film. It had some great camera angles, very cool color saturation in certain scenes, the story was intriguing enough and served as a metaphor for being unable to escape the collapse of modern-day society/culture/industrialization/i'm not sure?... and the whole brains exploding made a pretty cool sound effect to boot! The narration was very gritty and noir-ish, but dragged on after awhile. I loved the filming of the bus sequence. Worth checking out, I think the 2 young folks behind the film have a promising future.
